What we collect

When you use our booking or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), the patient's age, the service requested and any message you write. At the clinic we keep clinical records needed for your care.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange and provide care, send appointment reminders and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with people involved in your care (for example, a referring doctor or hearing aid manufacturer for warranty), insurers or schemes you ask us to claim from, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after 12 months. Clinical records are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for contact, by emailing haaroonclinic@gmail.com.

Online hearing check

The online hearing check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored.
